Tom has extensive experience in cross-border tax planning for individuals and corporations.  He frequently advises nonresident clients on tax-efficient structures for holding investments in real estate and other assets located in the United States.  Tom has also successfully represented a number of clients in resolving tax controversies with the IRS. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

 

Tom has been practicing law since 2003. He attended Cornell University for his undergraduate studies and obtained a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Prior to joining the Loeb Block team, Tom was an attorney at Curtis Mallet-Prevost.
