Rebecca Silver



Rebecca counsels high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, non-profit foundations, trustees and other fiduciaries in a wide variety of cross-border and domestic corporate, finance, trusts and estates, business succession, tax planning, real estate, and personal matters.  She has broad experience in mergers, asset and real property acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, partnerships, corporate restructurings, loans, guaranties and onshore and offshore trust agreements.


Rebecca obtained her B.A. from Rutgers College in 2004 and her J.D. from Duke Law School in 2007.  Prior to joining Loeb Block, Rebecca worked at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, focusing her practice on sophisticated leveraged finance transactions and major movie production finance, and she spent a year seconded at a top international bank.


Although a native New Yorker, Rebecca has lived and traveled all over the world and is conversational in French.  Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys exploring the Hudson Valley with her family in search of the perfect apple cider doughnut.
