Monica specializes in the areas of international and domestic trusts and estates, taxation, and real property. She is experienced in a wide range of matters including estate, gift and tax planning for high-net-worth clients, will and trust preparation, estate administration, as well as estate and trust accountings. Monica also advises fiduciaries in estate and trust administration on tax issues.

Monica obtained her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Rutgers University. While at Brooklyn Law School, Monica worked to establish the school’s first VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program, providing free tax preparation services to underserved communities.
