Josh specializes in the areas of international and domestic trusts and estates, taxation, and real property. He is experienced in a wide range of matters including estate, gift and tax planning for high-net-worth clients, will and trust preparation, family business succession planning, estate administration, public charities and private foundations, as well as estate and trust litigation and accountings. Josh also advises fiduciaries in estate and trust administration and not-for-profit organizations on tax issues and matters of corporate governance.

 

Josh is admitted to practice in New York State and before the United States Tax Court. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he served as both Senior Editor and Technical Editor of the Journal of International Economic Law. He earned his L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College.
