Gabriel assists individuals, companies, family offices and fiduciaries on all aspects of their Latin American legal, business and financial activities. Gabriel obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Panama from the Universidad Catolica Santa Maria la Antigua, where he graduated cum laude. Subsequently, he worked as an Associate in Arias, Fabrega & Fabrega in Panama before moving to the British Virgin Islands, where he worked as the Corporate Manager of a licensed Trust Company. Gabriel moved to Washington, D.C. to attend Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation before joining the Loeb Block team.
