Eli is an attorney in the Tax department. He focuses on developing tax-efficient structures for inbound investments and advising clients on various tax matters related to their U.S. and international estate planning.  Eli has broad experience in global compliance, including FATCA and CRS.  In addition, Eli is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  

Eli has been practicing law since 2009, when he graduated cum laude for his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, having previously obtained a B.S., summa cum laude from Yeshiva University (with a major in Accounting). Prior to joining Loeb, Block & Partners LLP, Eli was a senior attorney at the IRS’s Office of Chief Counsel.
